Welcome to Eclipse La Belle Etoile Appart’hotel. We are delighted to host you!

Our Suites and Rooms have been carefully designed so that you feel at home. We aim to provide you with a stay that offers complete autonomy, with comfort and quality as our top priorities, whether for professional or leisure reasons. Our team is available throughout the day and will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Useful Information

Wifi

Free and unlimited access to fiber optic. 
To connect:

  • Select the Wi-Fi network Belle_Etoile_BES8, Belle_Etoile_BES6, or Belle_Etoile_VS1
  • Enter our establishment’s code: IDWG;005

You also have a QR code in your room to connect your smartphone more quickly.

Check in – Check out

  • Hours
    Check-in starts from 3:00 PM. The room must be vacated by noon on the day of your departure.
  • Late Departure Option
    On the day of your departure, you can request a late departure option to stay in your accommodation until 6:00 PM for €35. (This cannot be booked in advance and will depend on availability on the day of departure.)
  • Door Access
    Your key opens the door to your room and the main entrance door of Belle Etoile.
  • Returning Your Keys on Departure Day
    Upon departure, keys must be returned to the reception, either to the receptionist on duty or in our Smartbox Keycafe.

How to Use the Key Café for Returning Keys:

  • Click on "Touch Screen to Start"
  • Choose "english"
  • Click on "Key Drop Off"
  • Badge and drop your keys in the open slot!

Do you have a parking spot?

Please remember to return the parking remote as we have a limited number.

Parking

Do you have a parking space?
Please respect the assigned space, which is located behind your remote control. Upon departure, please return the remote control to the reception along with your keys, or drop it in the mailbox or Key Café when leaving if we are not present.
Price for a lost parking remote: €70.

How does the remote work?
To open the gate, press the middle button.
The gate does not close automatically; you must press the same button to close it.

Don’t have a space?
Parking is free but must be reserved in advance as the number of spaces is limited. You can request a space at the reception. We will be happy to provide a parking space if one is available.

Airport Transfers and Taxis

For a smooth departure, you can arrange an airport transfer for €50.

Alternatively, you can contact a taxi directly. We recommend:

Housekeeping

Cleaning service is provided for stays of more than 4 nights.

  • Frequency
    Towel and trash can are changed every 2 days.
    A full clean of your accommodation is done every 4 days.
  • Additional Service
    Would you like to customize your cleaning frequency?
    Let us know!
    • Extra full cleaning upon request: €35 per cleaning.
    • Daily linen and towel changes: €18 per change (except for the every two days changes included in your stay).
  • Water Bottle
    You will find a filtered glass water bottle in your fridge. Once empty, please either bring it to the reception or leave it outside the fridge. When the housekeeping service comes, a new fresh, filtered water bottle will be exchanged.
  • Laundry Service
    A laundry bag with a laundry slip is available in the wardrobe of your accommodation. You can drop the bag at the reception to use this service or leave it for the housekeeping service to pick up on a cleaning day.
    An express service is available for an additional 30%. Please inform the reception if you have laundry for express service, so we can handle it as quickly as possible.

To help preserve our planet, our team practices simple daily actions. We invite you to join us in these efforts:

  • Save Energy
    • Let’s turn off the lights and air conditioning when leaving your accommodation.
    • Let’s turn off the TV and unplug electrical devices from the sockets when not in use.
    • Let’s close windows or sliding doors if the air conditioning is on.
  • Save Water
    • Let’s use the water-saving devices installed on the toilet.
    • Let’s not let water run unnecessarily.
  • Sort waste
    • Yellow Container: Intended for plastic bottles, cardboard, cans, and tins.
    • Green Container: For general waste, brick cartons, and all plastics other than bottles. All trash bins are located behind the Creole villa.

      We have selected eco-labeled shower gels that are healthier for your skin and help reduce harmful emissions into the atmosphere.
    • Let's Go Paperless
      Committed to reducing paper use, we no longer print invoices. They are sent via email only.
    • Let's Use Professional Equipment
      Our energy-efficient washing machines help reduce our carbon footprint while maintaining high standards for the cleanliness and quality of our linens and towels.
    • Let's Use Glass Bottles
      Water is filtered from our communal kitchen, reducing plastic waste. We are happy to refill your bottle as needed.
    • Let's Manage Linen Efficiently
      We change sheets once a week and towels every two days, saving an average of over 3000 liters of water per month and avoiding excessive use of detergent.
    • Let's Heat with the Sun
      Our Eclipse suites are equipped with solar water heaters to reduce fossil energy consumption.
